No Acquittal For Leila Dilemma's MASSIVE FAILURE OF THE MIND In Defending The 1987 Constipation

Leila Dilemma was finally cleared of all charges by the Regional Trial Court. Today is also the third death anniversary of Noynoy Aquino. However, we need to look at it that if it took SEVEN YEARS to prove Dilemma's innocence (which I doubt she's fully innocent) -- she needs to ask herself the question, "WHY DID IT TAKE SEVEN YEARS?" Dilemma was arrested during the time of former president Rodrigo R. Duterte and was released during the regime of former crown prince turned President Bobong Marcos. It seems that the former crown prince of the Empire of Marcos has a hand in Dilemma's release. Dilemma is glad to be cleared of her charges. Dilemma is going to move against her nemesis Duterte.  I'm afraid not so many Filipinos know or realize the difference between a parliamentary system and a presidential system. Some people still insist that the Empire of Marcos is a parliamentary system . Take for example -- the  IMBECILE Jason VOORHEES who commented in the Get R...

The Empty Dream Of A Penoy Prayd Communist Utopia

Altermidya I can imagine what the Failipino Communists or maybe call them Sisonists. Failipino Communists still adhere to the teachings of Joma Sison even after his death. The CPP-NPA  legal fronts and sympathizers are still doing their same old tricks. Legal fronts in denial such as Bayad Muna, Lazy Filipino Students, Kayabangan Partytist, Anakpatis, Gagabriela, Birdbrain Foundation, etc. are still insisting on the OBSOLETE IDIOTOLOGY of self-industrialization that was espoused not just by Sison but also Mao Zedong (and the Great Leap Forward was a disaster), the Kim Dynasty (under Emperor Kim Jong Un as of recent) of North Korea, and the Khmer Rouge under Pol Pot. People who still believe in the lies of the CPP-NPA (as well as its legal fronts) may still be dreaming that one day, the Philippines will become a Penoy Prayd Communist Utopia. Right now, they might say that they have "no choice" because the evil capitalists and evil foreigners own the means of production. They m...

How "Lawless Lawyer" Might Help Provide A Useful Insight In Solving The UNSOLVED Vizconde Massacre Case

The Vizconde Massacre hit on June 30, 1991. I always thought that Hubert Jeffry Webb was guilty. However, after being told that more than 10 years were wasted, I decided to Google and discovered that law and order aren't as simple as they look. Instead, it's a very complex process. After researching and finding the documentary Give Up Tomorrow which focuses on how Paco Larranaga and six others were WRONGFULLY ACCUSED - I researched Hubert's plight. I watched Lawless Lawyer on Netflix during the pandemic and wrote a crazy review .  I never noticed that actress Lee Hye Young (who acted as Jun Pyo's mother in the FAILED Boys Over Flowers ) looks like Atty. Amelita G. Tolentino -- the very same woman who did the Vizconde Massacre trial. I wonder if Hye Young was chosen because she looks like that incorrigible woman. Even more, the people in the fictional location of Kisaeng lived with trial by publicity and a twisted sense of justice, and people discover the HARD WAY that ...

Did Kayabangan Partylist Rip Off The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union?

I guess Kayabangan Partylist will forever deny their affiliation with the CPP-NPA. As I was doing some research -- it turns out that they may actually be ripping off from the decades-old Communist youth group in Vietnam called the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU). The HCYU was founded on March 26, 1931, created by none other than Ho Chi Minh himself.  Before anybody forwards this to the NTF-ELCAC -- this is the HCYU  and not Kayabangan Partylist. The color blue represents youthful energy. Both groups wear blue but the HCYU has a different logo that differentiates them from Kayabangan Partylist. Both are into youth recruitment. HCY is proud to declare itself a COMMUNIST youth organization. Historically, HCYU was a combination of revolutionary youths and labor youths.  However, the ideologies of Communist Vietnam vs. the CPP-NPA drift away with economics. The CPP-NPA doesn't honor Ho or subscribe to the Ho Chi Minh School of Thought. Vietnam adopted Doi Moi. Vietnam...

Penoy Prayd Communism Is An OxyMORONic IDIOTology

Altermidya As talks to change the charter are on - CPP-NPA legal fronts umeepal for the nth time. The concerns are always, "ANO? UMAASA KA NAMAN SA MGA DAYUHANG INVESTOR?" I'm laughing at that thought because Communism ISN'T A FILIPINO INVENTION. Last I Googled it - Karl Marx was from GERMANY. Mao Zedong was from China. Vladimir Lenin and Joseph Stalin were from Russia. In short, Communism IS a foreign ideology. They may reply that ideologies aren't foreign investors trying to steal away the resources. Again, do they know the difference between INVESTMENT and INVASION?   They have this fear or irrational statement that it means the Philippines will be sold to foreigners. They would say that FDIs are there to invade the Philippines and enslave Filipinos. Even funnier, why are they using COMMUNIST China as a boogeyman of sorts?  If these people love Communism so much then why aren't they welcoming a Communist country to invade the Philippines ? They should all r...

The Communist Party Of Vietnam Is Something The CPP-NPA Can ONLY DREAM OF BECOMING

Happy Fall of Saigon anyone? The Fall of Saigon was the conclusion of the 19-year armed struggle of the Vietnam War on April 30, 1975. North Vietnam was a Communist country while South Vietnam had the Vietnamese First Policy. Ngo Dimh Diem (who was later assassinated in Ho Chi Minh City). One might compare Ngo Dimh Diem to Emperor Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr.  Isn't it ironic that Ho Chi Minh NEVER got honored by the CPP-NPA? Ho's portrait is nowhere to be seen compared to Karl Marx, Frederick Engels, Vladimir Lenin (who hated palamunins), Joseph Stalin, and Mao Zedong. Ho led a revolt that eventually toppled Ngo's regime. Ho started out as a pastry chef and became a revolutionary leader. Think about it Ho himself is more honorable than Sison. Ho stayed in the mountains with his recruits. Do I need to mention Ho succeeded where Joma failed? The History website mentions this about the Communist Party of Vietnam's (CPV) victory against Saigon : In January 1973, the United Stat...

Janella Salvador, Failipino First Policy, And Saying That It's Too Much To Say One Doesn't Have Time For Philippine Cinema

A few days ago, a news I missed was that Janella Salvador called out the dismissive attitude of Filipinos towards Filipino films . Here's her statement that may make one wary:  "There’s nothing wrong naman with having a preference. Kumbaga, you can watch the films you want, there’s no problem with that. Pero, I think just saying that you have no time for Philippine cinema is too much.  I'd look at this and it seems that Janella herself is actually calling for FILIPINO FIRST POLICY. Better call it FAILIPINO FIRST POLICY. I'm not going to mince words here like she didn't mince words. Sure, she did say that there's nothing wrong with having a preference. However, the part where she says that it's too much to say that one doesn't have time for Philippine cinema. This is where things can be very alarming. I'm reminded of the article by Get Real Support called " Filipinos are not obliged to support local media ". I even wrote an article where ...
