Making It Fun in the Philippines

Is it me or do many Filipinos really have that bad habit of acting like those celebrities even know them ? I could remember when I was a college student when some stupid fangirl classmates of mine refused to do their work for the day because Piolo Pascual was in town --  it was part of what made me hate those idiotic teleseryes. But now we've got more problems coming in for foreign celebrities. Who could forget that hilariously stupid One Direction ticket incident or maybe I could talk about the Rurouni Kenshin incident  where a certain someone dared to advertise on the Philippine Daily Inquirer that she skipped work in order to attend it? People or systems? The answer is obvious that bad systems will create bad people and corrupt good people. The problem with the presidential system is the lack of mechanisms that would allow better check and balance. Some crazy old man who keeps saying that it's the quality of the politicians and not the system that matters. Ironic, said crazy old man is supposedly a systems engineer but how can he miss the point that systems defect will always undo whatever good components a system has. Worse, he can't even understand that while a constitution is not an operating system but that the metaphor is emphasized to see why a bad system is a bigger problem than bad people who operate the system! Every president will always have their successes and failures. It's like no matter how much I don't like Noynoy Aquino III -- he was actually working on amending economic policies though he could have considered totally removing 60/40. Now, here's that arrogant prick Frank Baraan IV who makes it sound SO EASY to clean up years or even decades worth of mess. Those idiots of Mabayan Partylist want to postpone the LONG OVERDUE cleaning of Manila Bay . Didn't the incident at Roxas Boulevard mean anything? The whole spewing garbage incident during the typhoon showed how LONG OVERDUE it was to clean Manila Bay for more than 30 years. So why wasn't it cleaned up or at least maintained from the time of the late Corazon C. Aquino up to the time of Noynoy Aquino? Why did we have to wait until President Rodrigo R. Duterte sat down to clean the place up? Now, here's what I can say to all those idiots at Makabayan or better yet at MakaBAYAD Partylist. There are many factors why children who are becoming criminals are increasing. You can have irresponsible lazy parents or dysfunctional parents. You can have parents who would use their children to beg or steal money so either one parent or worse even both can get a drink and gamble the money. Then I would also use the problem of OFW families. While not all OFW families have criminal children (if they are really  OFWs with a plan ) but many of them could be leading to this phenomenon of criminal minors?  Some people say and ask, "What if it's your child that gets arrested?" when it comes to the lowering the age that a person can be charged with criminal offenses .
