Just seeing Shin Hye Sun's screenshots of the upcoming movie Innocent made me think she could've made a better Seo Dan for the TV series Crash Landing on You. Though I do have crazier motives behind it. Well, it's no secret that she and Kabataan Partylist member Sarah Elago both have facial resemblances. Her antagonistic side in Legend of the Blue Sea could've made her a good Seo Dan.
Let's just imagine what if Shin were selected to play as Seo Dan. Seo Dan is presented to be a niece of a North Korean military officer who studied in Switzerland. She's also the heiress of a state-owned department store. With Crash Landing on You getting the top one spot in Netflix Philippines - you can imagine how it'd totally be a source of memes. It's because Shin and Elago somewhat look-alike - that's except for Shin having better skin than Elago!
Chances are Elago will probably raise a protest against tvN for allegedly making fun of her. She would probably start a riot demanding Netflix Philippines to take down the show due to all the memes making fun of her. Then I'd like to imagine Filipinos watching the K-Drama will start sending hate comments to Elago for her petty behavior. She would probably go into blocking spree, file a bill to get the show out of Netflix Philippines - only for her to get hammered all the more.
