Today is the start of the recount between Leni Loud Robredo vs. Bongbong Marcos for the slot of vice president. So why was there a two year delay? That alone should get you suspicious. This should start to put a lot of question to the credibility of Leni Loud in her assumed post as vice-president. Alan Peter Cayetano may be very wrong when he thought that Leni Loud beat him "fair and square" because...

Youc an imagine this poll has us thinking of the recount of the vice presidents. We have Leni Loud, Chiz Escudero, Bongbong, Trillanes, Cayetano and Honasan as our vice presidentiables. So we can see that based on the Math, this is what happened:
13,050,115 - 13,014,447 = 34,668 additional votes
4,486,335 - 4,449,913 = 36,422 votes
Also, in a parliament, Deputy Prime Minister Leni Loud herself would end up showing herself incapable of running through a good debate vs. Senator Bongbong Marcos or Senator Alan Peter Cayetano. This would also have her in a pickle for one good reason -- the parliamentary system would demand performance out of Deputy PM Leni Loud or to answer her point to the Opposition side of the parliament. She would need to deliver results or be delivered out of her office by a vote of no confidence.

So how in the world did Chiz Escudero suddenly lose 36,422 votes to Leni Loud? Uh huh looks like there's some manipulation going on! But now let's move the scene to a parliamentary system...
This also reminds me of why it's time to shift to a parliamentary system. The members of the parliament get to vote the prime minister and deputy prime minister. In truth, under a parliamentary system this problem would have been less existent due to more transparency of governance. This will allow people to see the results.

Let's just say that in the Senate, we have Senator Bongbong who fortunately delivers the answers needed. He finally owns Deputy PM Leni Loud. This in turn may result to a vote of no confidence against Deputy PM Leni Loud. If Bongbong gets the confidence of the whole parliament then he would have been set in as the new Deputy PM in the place of Leni Loud.
