Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta's Unbiased Handling Of Kian Loyd Delos Santos' Death Proves She's Truly Concerned About Human Rights

Over the past few days I thought that the solution concerning the Commission on Human Rights may no longer #AbolishCHR but to #FireChitoGascon and #AppointAcosta and #ConfirmAcosta. I thought about it would be good if Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta's slamming of Risa Hontivirus-Baraquel over the Kian slay case would be good. Right now, I don't even know if Kian Delos Santos was really a drug runner or not. But even if he was he's not a big time crook and there's due process. Yes, there's due process but not the way that people like Leila Dilemma, Etta Rosales and Cheato Gascon are the ones who are making a human rights organization useless.

Here's something that Filipinos should think about what Risa has been doing and how Atty. Acosta is responding. I read an article awhile ago on Get Real Philippines that suggests Risa could be guilty of illegal detetion and withholding evidence. Before that, hasn't Risa been taking advantage of school children to do her bidding. It's exploiting minors. Crappler can go ahead and call them "future freedom fighters" but it's just not right to use them for one's selfish purposes. Atty. Acosta's calling Risa out is doing what the likes of Dilemma, Rosales and Gascon should have done namely a fair investigation on every side to determine whose rights have been violated. 

Atty. Acosta's way of handling Leni Loud Robredo and UN Shabuteur Agnes Callamard concerning shabu and the like was really something. Right now, Callamard is already reacting yet again all the while she can't even solve the problems in her own territory. Is it me or is Callamard actually receiving payment from the Liberal Party which results in the latter running out of funds to hire more rallyists? Yes, I agree with Callamard that it's murder but has she considered that some cases involving murderous cops are actually into drugs? How she handles all the cases right now makes her someone who should head CHR. It's time to stop appointing losers like Dilemma, Rosales and Gascon and put people like Atty. Acosta to monitor human rights' violation with much lesser biases.
