Making It Fun in the Philippines

It's already worrying enough that the Delta Variant is a new, unfamiliar variant. However, vaccines do still have an efficacy against the Delta Variant. Unfortunately, none of the vaccine manufacturers were ready for the random mutations that produced new vaccine-immune variations of COVID-19. It's already worrying enough that the Oakwood Variant is already here  - now it's time for the Dilawan variant which two mutated strains were born last 2020. The first two known Dilawan variant strains were Noynoy-COVID-19 and Leni-COVID-19. The death of a host may prove contagious. Right now, it seems that the death of the recently deceased Noynoy Aquino would be used to spread the new, powerful variant which should be collectively called the Dilawan Variant, the Yellowtard Variant, or Dilawan-COVID-19. It's really a shame that the Philippines didn't shift to the parliamentary. It's a shame really that the 1987 Constitution wasn't framed as a Federal-Parliamentary Constitution but only came to be a band-aid solution against the mock "parliamentary" of the Marcos Years. Even EDSA proved one thing - the late Corazon "Cory" Cojuangco-Aquino was fitter to be a ceremonial figure than the actual ruler of the country. Cory was the unifying figure during EDSA - not the architect or the mastermind of the fall of the dictatorial regime. If anything, Fidel V. Ramos was fitter to be the prime minister. Later, Fidel V. Ramos tried to change the constitution (again) but was blocked again by naysayers. Yes, you got that right! The Spratlys Island dispute has finally ended . The bad news is that the Philippines doesn't own it. However, the good news is that Spratlys Islands will become new, sovereign country known as the Republika Ng Spratlys . Yes, that's right. After many years of battle with the Hague, it has been decided by both China and the Philippines that Spratlys will belong to the Dilawans and their allies. That means they can now implement the 1987 Constitution at the now-independent islands. Independent of China, the Philippines, or any country. It's been one year since #HappyAnniverSara and ABiaS-CBN didn't learn its lesson, right ? I don't care if ABiaS-CBN gets its franchise back or not - the problem is they kept defending the very law that caused them to lose their franchise to start with. This is really what is best described as ABiaS-CBN's MASSIVE FAILURE OF THE MIND . They still continue to shout that it's an issue of "press freedom". It's that they committed several franchise violations and they lost it. However, it seems that from the three vaccine-immune strains  (and one of the originators of the three mutated COVID-19 strains recently died) - the third variety is known as Trillanes-COVID-19 AKA the Oakwood Variant is mutating at a deadly rate. CNN Philippines It's really something when people are spending SO MUCH TIME arguing over who should be the president. Some argue #LetLeniLead believing that she is better to lead the nation because she has the "Tanging Ina" type of leadership . Others argue that it should be Sara Duterte-Carpio whose husband is a nephew of former Ombudswoman Conchita Carpio-Morales. Though, that if I told you that I'm actually not going to mind if the Dilawans will win again but only if we were in a parliamentary system? Again, the Dilawans should do research and see that the Top 10 best countries are PARLIAMENTARY. If anything, Dilawans probably failed to get the context of the late Ninoy Aquino's speech in Boston that the Marcos Years was not a real parliament .
