Would Leni Loud Robredo Go As Far As To Turn Naga City Into A "Museum" Should Disaster Hit It?

It's been some time since I asked the question on how would Leni Loud Robredo would feel if her house in Naga City, Camarines Sur were turned into a museum should something bad happen to it. Now I want to ask another question to Leni Loud if she's willing to turn her beloved Naga City in Camarines Sur into a museum should something bad happen to it.

Let's assume that something bad happens to Naga City in Camarines Sur. I could think of terrorist attack, a super typhoon attack (and yes, never forget Typhoon Yolanda), earthquake attack, termite epidemic or any kind of disaster hits the city. Naga City in Camarines Sur is now in ruins from the disaster. She said that she wants the ruins in Marawi City to be preserved as a memorial. Now let's take the situation to Naga City, Camarines Sur to see if she would approve of it.

For me, she may be more than willing to turn Naga City into a museum should something bad happen to it. Do you remember what she said about her unwillingness to improve transportation in Bicol because it may increase debt? She may also say the same thing if anything terrible happens in Naga City. She may say she wants all the ruins in Naga City preserved so people will remember the disaster. If it was just preserving an abandoned building then there's no problem but if she refuses to fix an entire city then that's entirely another problem.

What do you think of this what if scenario?
