How Can Etta Rosales Talk About "Check And Balance" When She's Into Selective Justice?

Will somebody please shut this crazy old woman up? Then again saying please may no longer be relevant for this reason: I'm tired of being reasonable to this crazy old hag. I don't care if she's a senior citizen but a hag is a hag. I was already hoping she  and her kind would commit suicide if they have to follow the rules. Right now, let's talk about Etta Rosales and why she has NO RIGHT to talk about check and balance. This may sound like I'm advocating for the end of democracy in the Philippines but no. I want a healthy democracy for Filipinos and not one that's run based on a dysfunctional sense of freedom.

What's check and balance in the society? In society, there's the rule of freedom and restriction. You need both to run society in a healthy way. There's a fine line between a disciplinarian government and a dictatorial government. Let's take an example between Singapore and North Korea. Singapore has strict rules to keep society safe yet it believes in the principles of a healthy democracy. North Korea on the other hand runs on a totalitarian engine where only the government makes rules. I guess that idiot brat Amos Yee should also take a vacation in North Korea to understand what true tyranny is huh? Hmmm and that goes for a couple of Filipinos who think that democracy is a dysfunctional sense of freedom.

If she's concerned about check and balance then shouldn't the Commission on Human Rights investigate ALL forms of human rights violations? The idea that CHR should just cater to the victims of military and police abuses is stupid. They are the Commission on HUMAN Rights. For some fact checking isn't it that every human right also means the right to live in a safe and secure society? Don't tell me that you're not a victim of human rights violation unless the violator himself or herself was from the police or military. Policemen and soldiers who cross the line should no longer be treated as such but as criminals. Regardless who does the crime a victim of crime will and will always be considered a victim of human rights violations. She should not play selective justice but instead have all victims investigated to make sure that Public Attorney's Office and the Philippine National Police also do their job. Isn't CHR supposed to be a research body?

Should I mention how Commission on Human Rights tried to stop justice from being done in China against the three drug mules who were obviously guilty? Before you start blaming China for the drug trafficking then think of why in the world do Chinese drug dealers move to the Philippines. Chinese drug dealers got protected by the Department of Justice, the CHR, the National Bureau of Investigation and they can easily bribe the Bureau of Customs into allowing their shabu shipment into sneaking in quietly. I guess that's why it's only now that shabu shipments are seized and made known to the public. Before, a lot of them just enter quietly and kept hidden from the public knowledge. Just think of how Chinese crooks can easily bribe Alberto Loony and Leila Dilemma into giving them protection. Of course, never forget her... Rosales.

As said, enough is enough. CHR needs to be cleaned up before it can become relevant. It needs a competent head and not somebody like Rosales or Cheato Gascon. Should I mention, Rosales should go back to JAIL where she and her kind belong?
