I just read from the Philippine Courier News (where I also got the picture from above) that the life of the late Kion Loyd Delos Santos is about to get an episode in MMK. Here's what I think about the possible scenario: it's going to be another sensationalized story. Do you remember the Jesse Robredo story in MMK where Leni Loud Robredo got featured? Unfortunately, that whole series was a brilliant half-truth that had the nation deceived. After all isn't that a lot of Filipinos have gotten used to the culture where their favorite sources of truth are pekilukas, komiks and teleseryes based on real events made by the biased media?
Right now, I heard that Kian's parents have seen Duterte in person after the cops responsible for the slay were arrested. I hope those cops will rot in jail for what they did. But I don't think ABiaS-CBN will just let that slip. This may be the perfect opportunity to ruin it. We could have a new show where they could probably ask Cynthia Patay to play as Kian's mother and maybe even let Jim Paredes play their own distorted view of President Duterte. They may want to rehire Kris Aquino to play as an evil version of Atty. Persida V. Rueda-Acosta or as a goody good version of Risa Hontivirus who will be presented as a heroine where people benefited from Philhealth when they didn't.
How will they possibly distort the truth? Here's how I could imagine this distortion. You could have a scene where an evil version of President Duterte will say Marbobo Roxas' trademark line "Bahala na kayo sa buhay niyo." or "You're on your own." in English. You may have a scene where the policemen are instructed by an evil version of PNP Chief Bato Dela Rosa to kill Kian and make him an example. Regardless, they will find a twisted script for their own selfish agenda.
