PNoy Pridists Better Explain DSWD Secretary Judy Taguiwalo's Hard Work Over Former DSWD Secretary Stinky Soliman's Massive Neglect

Did you remember the last time I showed some faulty analysis of PNoy Pridists such as blaming President Rodrigo R. Duterte for the stupidest issues? Some of them that I have mentioned are blaming the president for Maxine Medina's loss and the misleading PSEI analysis. Now it's time to throw another intelligent analysis on the performance of the Department of Social Welfare and Development with Corazon "Stinky" Soliman vs. its current performance with Judy Taguiwalo. This would be a more practical comparison in contrast to Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach's victory during Noynoy's term and Medina's loss during Duterte's term. 

The skewed logic of PNoy Pridists is that disasters not under Liberal Party's term are nothing compared to disasters under Liberal Party's term. If that's the case then I dare them to actually eat all the expired relief goods under the neglect of Stinky and Mar Roxas. What was even more stupid was that why didn't Noynoy fire those two clowns in the first place? Instead of doing so he even had the stupidity to endorse Mar as the next presidential candidate of the Liberal Party. Fortunately the people in Tacloban all raised the banner that said "NO TO MAR" dismissing the whole stupidity of the comic book "Sa Gitna Ng Unos".

Taguiwalo prevailed over Stinky with how DSWD has become more timely and relevant under the former's watch. No overreliance on foreign aid even if they're willing to accept it. There's timely action that had DSWD not only release goods on time but also reopening the case of the Yolanda relief operation fiasco. This may also reveal is that the problem is not whether or not disasters happen under a president's term but how does the administration deal with these disasters. Noynoy unfortunately just proved himself to be negligent with disasters while the Duterte administration does what it can in spite of its flaws.
