That Pathetic Attempt Of The Yellowtards To Regain Relevance By Politicizing COVID-19

Here's a response I caught from the laos na singer/actress, Leah Navarro, regarding the pandemic. The problem with Leah is NOT her being anti-Duterte but the fact that she rants without thinking. Let's face it that President Rodrigo R. Duterte did FIRE PACC's former chief Manuel-nalito Lunatic from messing with Angat Buhay. If Vice President Leni Loud Robredo is willing to help then let her - we need all the help that we can get. Yet, Yellowtards are now using Angat Buhay as a vehicle to derail an incumbent president. Pignoy Ako Blog's Jover Laurio is now saying #KungSiMar on the issue of COVID-19. Hmmm... did we forget that Leah herself was a female sponsor in the wedding of Jover together with the likes of Maria Ressa and Leni Loud to name a few? The epidemic kicked in and most of the Yellowtards have been too focused on POLITICIZING the COVID-19 pandemic. Some have even gone as far as to fail to address to Leni Loud that she should've placed her spaghetti on a tupperware instead. I don't care if Leni Loud gives spaghetti to the poor - just make sure that she does it properly!

Rigoberto Tiglao of the Manila Times addresses it as a sickening politicization. As always, Tiglao (like the ever clueless Benign0) thinks that the Philippines should self-industrialize first before opening up the economy. I don't agree with their religious views either. However, I do agree with his mentioning the pathetic attitude of Nancy Binay (whose father Jejemon Binay was the vice president during the "golden years" of Noynoy Aquino), Leni Loud, and Antonio Carpio. Again, if Carpio wants a better opposition then why not go for a parliamentary system? I still facedesk at some of Tiglao's and Benign0's inane posts (at times) but they still make more sense than Pignoy Ako Blog in many areas. In fact, I agree that the problem is that the "opposition" today just fails to show themselves of doing better than the government. They just chose to do more theatrical stunts than real action.

Before lockdown, they were demanding a lockdown. On lockdown, they were asking for their freedoms back. It really gets so stupid when influencers like Richard Hoydarian (a political analyst who I believe was once part of Get Real Philippines) started to cite other countries for early lockdown. Would've Duterte start an early lockdown - the same idiots would still PROTEST anyway. Why even bother trying to please them? If Duterte did an earlier lockdown - they would probably whine that other countries haven't done the lockdown yet. It really is so irritating how such people can't make up their minds, right?

ABiaS-CBN franchise was made more important than the BADLY NEEDED economic reforms. The economic reforms could've easily made ABiaS-CBN regain its franchise back AND continue receiving foreign investments into its camp. Instead, they focused too much on the network. Even worse, ABiaS-CBN really started to show its true colors. I'm amazed at how the ABiaS-CBN stars shot themselves at the foot when they made it look like that their franchise was more important than defeating COVID-19. That same year, South Korean celebrities were making a flood of donations to help their country defeat COVID-19. Besides, the network already had its huge failure of the mind. ABiaS-CBN could've benefited from economic reforms. Faster Internet means more Filipinos will be able to subscribe to the network's content. ABiaS-CBN would be able to get away with foreign investments in it as long as they properly declare their taxes or they don't violate laws and morals. Instead, ABiaS-CBN felt like it was above the law that they defended. The same constitution yanked them off the air forcing them to rely on the Internet and paid frequency instead.

Sometime later, the politicization still continued. 2020 was over and the politicization worsened. Besides, who can remember the Leni Bayanihan Motorcade? Such a move would put thousands of people at risk yet they did it. I'm amazed at how they NEVER LEARNED about the incident in the University of the Philippines - Diliman Campus (UP-Diliman). Tiglao was actually RIGHT to also blame ABiaS-CBN supporters and communist groups for the spike in COVID-19 cases. It's common sense that you can't practice social distancing when you're in such a huge crowd. The UP-Mananita crowd was way bigger than the number of people who attended now PNP Chief, Debold Sinas' surprise party. Sinas' offense was limited to his house, I don't think he deserved his promotion, BUT those guys really did much worse than all the gatherings.

This pathetic attempt really shows that Yellowtardism is indeed an incredibly massive failure of the mind. The Yellowtards have been opposing reforms that could've benefited them too. Now, they want a genuine opposition yet they don't want to shift to parliamentary. The Yellowtards failed to realize that they could've had the chance to push for badly-needed economic reforms. Instead, their reliance on theatrics and politicization really added another nail to their coffin. It's only a matter of time before those guys would perish if they don't stop their politicizing and focus on real solutions.
