Screw ABiaS-CBN Hearings And Focus On ECONOMIC REFORMS Instead!

ABiaS-CBN in itself is really a huge failure of the mind one way or another. Now, the Philippine legislative has decided that ABiaS-CBN is more important than constitutional reform. It also brings back the lie that Maria Ressa said that ABiaS-CBN supposedly has 11 million employees... wait, wut? 11,000? That's more believable than 11 million. However, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) reveals that ABiaS-CBN only has 4,000+ workers which may actually be in terms of regularization.

Apologists for ABiaS-CBN or the Kapamilyatards tend to defend the network even for its mistakes. What's the use of attacking Dutertards for condoning to the wrongs that their beloved poon President Rodrigo R. Duterte does when they are doing something similar? They've got really brain-damaging, jarring arguments that would make you question their logic since some of them do have a college degree that's hard to obtain.

What arguments are these done by Kapamilyatards? They say that ABiaS-CBN generates employment but can it employ as many jobless Filipinos as possible? Does ABiaS-CBN have the power to employ everyone and is it the only customer available when there should be more for other related services? They say that celebrities of ABiaS-CBN pay millions of taxes per year but does that mean they're exempted from following the law? A druglord can pay millions of taxes per year from his legitimate fronts but does that mean he should not be arrested and given appropriate punishment? Who pays more taxes between businesses and celebrities? Taxes don't create employment but it's employment generation (or registered businesses) that creates taxes. Taxes are collected from registered business whether they be Filipino-owned or foreigner-owned. Failure to pay taxes can go from penalties to even closure like how a tenant who fails rent is kicked out of the land.

If they want to talk about money then why not talk about business first? Are the businesses of ABiaS-CBN and its celebrities the only ones that generate employment? What about other people that can't be employed in any business owned by any Kapamilya celebrities or Kris Aquino herself because of a lack of job vacancy? What is needed is MORE BUSINESSES and ABiaS-CBN has been antagonizing badly needed reforms. If they want job generation then why not invite foreigners to invest in the Philippines WITHOUT economic protectionism? Foreign investors are subjected to Filipino by-laws and they generate employment and revenues. Failure to pay taxes will result in them losing their privilege to do business in the Philippines even if they won't be subjected to 60-40.
