Filipino Communists' #NoToChaCha, #NoToCharterChange, #BakunaHindiChaCha, Are Not About Nationalism But SELFISH INTERESTS

I'm already getting tired of all this so-called nationalism of Filipino COMMUNISTS. Why are they opposing charter change with hashtags like #NoToChaCha, #NoToCharterChange, and #BakunaHindiChaCha for the nth time? It wasn't the first time that happened. They have done it during the reign of Fidel V. Ramos and second during Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. Now, it's time to really point out the REAL issue of Filipino Communists opposing the charter change.

Why would I say that this move for #NoToChaCha is all about the selfish interests of Filipino reds?

We can take a look back at Toady Casino's stupid arguments. We all know Casino is a member of Bayad Muna and he's a PATHETIC Communist clown! The reasons for opposing charter change such as the removal of 60-40 provision for foreign investments, shifting away from presidential to parliamentary, and from unitary to federal are all grounded on lies. Backing Casino up would be other people like the current Bayad Muna chairman Neri Colmenares, Carlos "Heneral Lunatic" Zarate, and Renato Reyes Jr. Others are like Antonio Tinio of Alliance of Complaining Teachers. Ironically, Tinio and Reyes are both supporters of the International Criminal Court -- a defective criminal court that's a big waste of money. They also have the Communist Party of the Philippines' founder Jose Maria Sison living in a country that benefits from the three things they don't want the Philippines to adopt.

Do they oppose foreign investments because they're nationalistic?

Again, no, it's all about their power struggle to maintain their status quo in the Philippines. All their call for "Sariling Atin Only" economy can be easily dismissed when you consider that they use IMPORTED MATERIALS to promote it. Worse, they hate capitalism while they're enjoying its products. It can be evidenced when you see them use Apple MAC Pros and iPhones during many of their rallies. They oppose the removal of EXCESSIVE foreign restrictions yet they're using imported items? If they wanted to be consistent then why aren't they using Philippine-made equipment? Worse, they even cite foreign sources like Jacobin to oppose it.

The big reason is all because these guys most likely know that having free markets means more Filipinos getting employed AND them having fewer people to recruit for their selfish causes. It's because poor people without jobs are very easy to recruit since they're in life and death situations. So they decide to propagate the lie that only foreign investors will get rich. That's a lie that's easily bought by people with a loser mentality. They don't see the picture that foreign investors are TENANTS to Philippine soil. To say that only foreign investors will get rich investing in the Philippines is like having a shopping mall without tenants.

Ironically, OFWs are sent to countries that GREATLY BENEFIT from foreign investment. Why do you think more Filipinos are really going abroad? It's because excessive restrictions on foreign investments have prevented more jobs to be created. I wonder if the members of Migraine International are aware that the countries they go to greatly benefit from foreing investment. Some of them demand to stop the OFW program yet they don't want foreign investors to do business in the Philippines.

Why do they still propagate the lie that shifting to parliamentary means no elections

Why do they insist that presidential is better than parliamentary? It's because the presidential system is based on popularity votes. Parliamentary systems are based on credibility votes. The parliamentary system may have removed term limits BUT only if you're qualified for term renewal. It's not TERM EXTENSION -- it's all about the removal of the number of terms a person can hold only if he or she isn't DISQUALIFIED from running. Term extension would be adding more years to a term. Term limits are the number of terms a person can hold. Term renewal is when a person gets ANOTHER term after the previous term ended.

What's even more frightening in the parliamentary system is that weekly questioning happens LIVE. Just think even if the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) gets legalized -- they would be KNOCKED OUT if the Parliament loses their confidence in them. Parliamentary systems would put ALL candidates under scrutiny. They have the fear of scrutiny while they love to scrutinize the government.

What's more ironic is that some of the countries they say are doing a better job at defeating COVID-19 are well PARLIAMENTARY COUNTRIES! Why do they think that the health minister in New Zealand RESIGNED after a scandal? Why do they think Japan had more resignations over scandals than the Philippines? Yet, when you tell them it's all about PARLIAMENTARY -- they will cry foul and raise up the Marcos Years again.

Why the system change must happen NOW during COVID-19

How would having charter change RIGHT NOW help with COVID-19? The illustration can be given to two hospitals. One hospital would say that it's just the staff and not the system that matters. The other hospital takes priority to improve its system. One day, the two hospitals have a surge of patients with COVID-19. Hospital A decides to wait until all patients recovered before they change their lousy system. Hospital B decides to upgrade the system while the patients are still recovering. The outcome is that Hospital B ends up doing better in helping patients. Meanwhile, Hospital A is just so busy firing medical staff while ignoring that it's their system that's causing the patients to die.

They want vaccines and the debts paid BUT they don't want to remove excessive restrictions towards foreign investors? Economic liberalization is BADLY NEEDED in order to pay back the debts. What has Filipino First policy done for the Philippines anyway? Better yet, it time to call it "Oligarchy First" because the policy of Carlos P. Garcia and Ferdinand E. Marcos Sr. have prioritized the oligarchy over the Filipino. If they oppose economic liberalization then vaccine manufacturers will hesitate to invest in the Philippines. I wonder how do these bozos propose to pay back the debts especially when all they do is beg and beg from the government?

The current COVID-19 crisis has proven one thing -- the 1987 Constitution is NOT the best in the world! If it were the best constitution in the world then why is the Philippines the last in the ASEAN region? Blame it on Duterte? Hashtag #OustDuterte all over again? What makes them think that administration change is all there is to it? What's the guarantee that Leni Loud Robredo as president will help beat COVID-19? It doesn't matter if Duterte or Leni Loud were the Head of Government IF we were in a parliamentary system. What matters is the SYSTEM of governance. Changing the way governance is done should be done NOW in order to help defeat COVID-19.

_____________

The big cry for #NoToChaCha should be considered that it's all about THEMSELVES. Don't buy for a second that these guys are nationalistic. Nationalistic? Don't make me laugh. The claim to nationalism is already revealing itself to be more bogus by the moment. Their "nationalism" is nothing more than a guise for their power-hungry behavior -- one that's consistent with Adolf Hitler's manual called Mein Kamf or My Struggle. It's stupid that they hate Hitler BUT did you know Hitler himself was also an economic protectionist? What was also funny was that Anakpatis may have decided to celebrate Hitler's 131st birthday by distributing relief goods. What's even funnier is that these guys LOVE Communism while the hate Communist China -- something that would even further put their propaganda into further inconsistencies. I'd actually buy their idiotology IF they can self-industrialize an uncharted island first. If not then they should just STFU.

  1. They are opposed to it because once constitutional reforms become a reality, they'd lose members and they'd become irrelevant in Philippine politics.
