Constitutional Reform Is The Best Vaccine Against These Three Vaccine-Immune COVID-19 Strains Found Only In The Philippines

March 1, 2021 (yesterday) marked the first year since the beginning of the Philippines' ECQ lockdown since the COVID-19 or the Legacy Virus epidemic. I would say a lot of inaction caused it to happen. Right now, it can get very exciting to say that vaccines are coming here soon though some are still demanding for Pfizer, AstraZeneca, and other brands over Sinovac because it's from China. I find it funny really that many of those protesting against China vaccines are Filipino commies who love communism but hate China. COVID-19 is capable of mutating like any virus. However, it turns out that COVID-19 has secretly mutated into three new variants last 2020. These variants are the Noynoy-COVID-19 variant, the Trillanes-COVID-19 variant, and the Leni-COVID-19 variant. The bad news is the COVID-19 vaccine is incapable of granting immunity against these three mutated strains. Sure, regular strains or the UK variant can be defeated by a vaccine. However, not Noynoy-COVID-19, Trillanes-COVID-19, and Leni-COVID-19. 

The news came out in late 2019 (the same year the virus was discovered) that Noynoy Aquino was actually down with the flu. It was reported that Noynoy was in the ICU for "security reasons". I wonder if Noynoy secretly caught COVID-19 and didn't want to let anyone know about it? Granted, the pandemic wasn't that serious yet and patients do have their right to privacy. I could really almost joke that COVID-19 did enter into Noynoy's body, mutated into a new variant (that's colored yellow) and that some careless person in the Makati Medical Center's laboratories failed to dispose of the blood tests of Noynoy properly. Noynoy was still mingling with Antonio F. Trillanes IV and Leni Loud Robredo for some time. Leni Loud was later proven negative with COVID-19 though I'd like to joke her saliva mixed with the samples allowing the virus to mutate into another variant. Trillanes may have caught a milder version of COVID-19 and it later mutated into another strain. These three unique strains are found ONLY in the Philippines.

What makes the three virus strains hard to combat with a vaccine? There's no vaccine against a lack of common sense. There's no vaccine against inattentiveness. The big problem with the three variants is that they're far easier to spread than the UK variant. The UK variant spreads faster but these three strains can spread 100x faster. Both the Trillanes-COVID-19 and the Leni-COVID-19 can be spread faster even by merely talking. No amount of facemasks could easily filter the toxic influence of the talk and talk of Trillanes and Leni Loud. The Noynoy-COVID-19' can easily be spread with Noynoy's classic phrases such as "pwede na yan" (that will do), "Eh di wow!" (Well, wow!), and "Buhay pa naman kayo, di ba?" (At least, you're still alive, right?). These three new strains are not just asympomatic but also asymptangatic. That is you're tanga (inattentive) and don't know it. Faceshield may protect your eyes from droplets of the virus. However, the faceshield CANNOT protect the mind and the eyes from the deadly influence that Noynoy, Trillanes, and Leni Loud and their followers have. You may end up getting the virus by simply tuning into the sites of their supporters such as Pinoy Ako Blog, Rappler, Inquirer, and ABiaS-CBN. I doubt any scientist from the Philippines or abroad will be able to formulate a vaccine to grant immunity to these three mutated strains because they penetrate the brain deeper than any COVID-19 strains.   

What's the best vaccine against the three mutated strains? It would be the CoRRECT Movement agenda. The faulty political system allowed these viruses to rise up in the first place. COVID-19 epidemic has proven Hilarious Davide's statement about the 1987 Constitution wrong. What was worse is that the epidemic allowed these three mutated strains to be far more infectious than the regular COVID-19 or the UK variant. The presidential system is nothing more than a system where people compete for the top spot like it's a beauty pageant. Too many restrictions against foreign investors have even made it harder to secure funds to battle COVID-19. The Imperial Manila system made Manila too congested and local governments having less power to move with relief operations. Parliamentary systems will grant better immunity against corruption and attention whores. Foreign investment-friendly markets will allow more income for the Philippines to payback the debts. Federalism will allow more decongestion of the Philippines rather than focus almost everything in Imperial Manila. That's why Charter Change is VERY URGENT at this time to help defeat COVID-19 and these three uglier, mutated strains!
