Don't Wait UNTIL 2022 Before We Do ANY Major IMPROVEMENT In The Constitution

I remembered writing a Tagalog post on the need for Pinoy Ako Blog to learn about system change. Yet, their probable definition of "system change" is just to simply get the Yellowtards and other forces (such as Nacionalista Party) back in power. What's also very suspicious is that Jover Laurio herself may also be connected to COMMUNIST armed forces like Bayad Muna and Kayabangan Partylist. Jover herself not only gave some money to Renato Reyes Jr. of Bayad Muna but also was a speaker alongside Sarah Elgago at UP-Diliman Campus. Are the dots getting connected? Also, the big issue is that PAB wants to WAIT until 2022, hold your anger until 2022 in order to change the system? Why not CHANGE IT NOW?

People tend to think system change is simply about changing of people running the system. Changing people doesn't equal changing the system. The workplace can go ahead and keep replacing people but it'll NEVER get better if the defective work system is never replaced. You can keep changing programmers but if your computer runs on obsolete operating systems then expect no better results. Then they say that we must wait until 2022 when the fact that system change is LONG OVERDUE!

The misconception behind the charter change or constitutional reform is a major hurdle

I'm amazed at all the misconceptions that have gone with charter change that goes on until now. It's really loser mentality at its finest. I remembered once fearing Fidel V. Ramos would be another Marcos in the making. Ramos wanted to change the defective 1987 Constitution by not just uplifting the Filipino First Policy but also going federal-parliamentary. The misconceptions kept kicking in as parliamentary removes term limits. The idea of a parliamentary system means there will be no more elections is stupid. I wonder if those bozos really bothered to analyze that elections DO HAPPEN in a parliamentary system. People elect by PARTIES which has the prime minister down to EVERY POSITION written down. True, parliamentary governments remove term limits but only if so-and-so has not been disqualified from holding office. If a person is not qualified then his or her term limit has arrived. It's like if a person is too incompetent then he or she won't get a new turn. If not, then the person can be granted as many term renewals as possible.

I'm amazed at how people UNTIL NOW still have misconceptions against foreign investment. Some are saying it's just an excuse to let China invade the Philippines. I want to ask those bozos if China is the only country they know outside the Philippines or the only country where foreign investors can come from. Why not invite those from Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Malaysia, and other countries where OFWs are sent to invest in the Philippines instead? It doesn't have to be China yet the Filipino communists love to use Communist China as that boogeyman. Ironically, shouldn't the Filipino communists rejoice with incoming Chinese investors because they're communists? Instead, they continue to contradict themselves by hating Communism China while loving Communism. Other misconceptions always include the big lie that only foreign investors will get rich. Yet, the same lie is still so toxic thanks to the power-hungry Filipino Communists who want to look nationalistic

It's also really funny how federalism and feudalism tend to be mixed up. Are the Monsods really doing it on purpose? It seems like it since the two are actually pretty well-educated. Yet, it's FEUDALISM and NOT FEDERALISM that gives rise to warlords. A study of Malaysia's form of federalism can be helpful to the Philippines. It's the unitary system that gives more power to the state in a huge territory over federalism. Are warlord on the rise in Malaysia? That's a question that the anti-federalists who claim it does need to answer.

Why the solution must be DONE NOW during the COVID-19 crisis

I find it SO STUPID that some people question if constitutional reform will cure COVID-19 while they act like ABiaS-CBN will. If the charter change happened years ago then ABiaS-CBN would've been able to receive foreign funding WITHOUT that much hurdle except to declare it as taxable income. Instead, the whole incredibly massive failure of mind happens all because they defended a lousy constitution that inevitably caused ABiaS-CBN to lose its franchise. Gabby Lopez being American or not wouldn't be a problem IF it wasn't for 100% Pinoy-only media.

The problem of not making major improvements during COVID-19 can be compared to a hospital that waits until everyone recovers before making them. Should a hospital wait for all its patients to recover before they improve its systems or do they improve the systems while there are still patients? A hospital can NEVER get all patients to recover when they're checked in. Changing the system during a crisis is what helps alleviate a crisis. A good example is if COVID-19 patients are escalating then shouldn't people in charge of COVID-19 need better work systems and equipment to handle COVID-19 patients? It's really stupidity if a hospital refuses to upgrade the system waiting for all patients to recover. Instead, it should get better types of equipment and system improvements as often as possible which may even benefit some patients who were recently admitted.

How can charter change really help? Having foreign investors registered as legitimate businesses in the Philippines means MORE TAXABLE INCOME for the government. The parliamentary system will allow better discussions between the Government and the Opposition. Federalism will grant more autonomy to local regions under ONE SINGULAR CONSTITUTION like the Malaysian Constitution does. It would mean more money, more accountability for both Government and Opposition, and less hurdles unlike if everything was centered in Metro Manila.
