Korean Crime Dramas Beat The 1,100+ Episode Series "Ang Probinsyano"

This is really funny with that screenshot of Coconuts Martin where he brags that his show Ang Probinsyano is supposedly doing a great job for the country. Meanwhile, we've got Choi Jin Hyuk (who obviously doesn't speak Tagalog) responding, "You can't fool us with that!" as a joke. I just finished watching the OCN crime and sci-fi drama Rugal. Some people may be familiar with Jin Hyuk as the main protagonist and detective of Justice aired on KBS-2. Maybe, I should've also compared Justice to Ang Probinsyano as well.

While reading Get Real Philippines for some badly needed inspiration - I ran across a comment in this article called "Life goes on and GETS BETTER without #ABSCBN news and entertainment" where one comment from a certain Bongsky wrote the following:

Honestly, I have to laugh at Bongsky who I'd call Bobosky for his comments. I can't comment too much on the first and second because I'm not a fan of Game of Thrones, Twilight, and Vampire Diaries but how can be praise the quality of Bagani and La Luna Sangre is beyond me? What would he say next? La Luna Sangre is better than The Nine-Tailed Fox which aired on ABiaS-CBN in the 2000s? Now, I'd like to comment on how he calls the most pointless teleserye ever to be "nothing can compare to it". Is the guy high on illegal drugs? Not to mention, how can Tito Boy Abunda be Oprah and Dr. Phil in one show? Karen Davila may be awarded here and there but I assume they are from liberal organizations in the West. Liberals do stick with each other, right? As said, nothing is wrong if Karen is critical of President Rodrigo R. Duterte but her behavior may have shown her true colors. Karen's probably thinking her past awards will always make her right which can be her own undoing. TV Patron is the most balanced? Please, do you remember how they only got Jim Paredes' side of the story in EDSA 2017 when they should've gotten the DDS Youth Side too? I have no comment on noontime shows though because I find both Showtime and Eat Bulaga to be brainless.

Watching Kill It and Justice makes me think of how much better they are than Coconuts' "hit series". In both series, the Korean chick Im Jin Ah (aka Jin A Nana or Nana) beats Shaina Magdayao's character of Roxanne from Probinsyano more than once. I thought about how Nana's character as a badass detective and prosecutor is just something Shaina can dream off but never become. Nope, I'm not going to keep talking about Nana's looks. Rather, I'm going to talk about how her two characters from the two series mentioned are badass. In Kill It, her character Hyun Jin really proves she's a better cop than Roxanne. In Justice, she as Yeon Ah is a badass prosecutor who uses her brains more than her brawn to win out a situation. Yeon Ah doesn't even have to put some lousy fanservice or unnecessary bed scenes.

What's making KDramas better than teleseryes in general? I'd like to say good characterization, proper pacing (which allows quality check), better choreography, better acting, and good writing. Teleseryes, on the other hand, are fond of bad characterization (ex. weak female protagonists and stupid as Johnny English male protagonists), goes really long until ratings drop ending it in a very bad note, overacting is encouraged than discouraged, and the writing usually goes nowhere. Those facts alone drive more nails into the coffin of the "acclaimed" Ang Probinsyano.
