ABiaS-CBN's Longest Teleserye Is Called "The Barretto Sisters Feud"

Filipino TV dramas or teleseryes are known to be notoriously long. I remembered being an underperforming high school student and how long the TV series Mula Sa Puso (From the Heart) lasted with 538 Monday to Friday episodes from 1997 to 1999. I remembered how the whole series was a hit to household holds and the plots were brainless. Hmmm... maybe I should mention that Claudine Barretto one of the sisters was the main protagonist of that script of that nearly daily BRAIN DRAIN of a drama. 

The original version of Mula Sa Puso may have ended 20 years ago but one teleserye never ends. It's called the Barretto Sisters Feud. I remembered how I barely graduated high school and then I entered college and the drama still goes on and on to no end! It's been 12 years since I graduated from college and guess what? The TV drama called the Barretto Sisters Feud is still going on and on. If I'm not wrong two of the sisters are involved in illicit relationships. The whole fight just resurfaced a few days ago resuming the nth season of this "TV drama". Worse, the event happened on the death of their father and President Duterte was there at the wake. I don't care whether it's President Duterte or supposedly Vice President Leni Loud who's there - what they did was VERY disrespectful to both their family and the public!

The whole feud has been made very public when it shouldn't. There's a saying that you mustn't laud your dirty laundry in public. Unfortunately, that's what they are doing with their current feud. They could have solved matters among themselves rather than to publicize it. Is it me or are they well, attention whores? Why is ABiaS-CBN getting so focused on this one? Is it gaining more ratings or not? The feud has gone for too long that it's safe to assume that more and more people are now disinterested in it. ABiaS-CBN better lessen its focus on this sh*tty teleserye because it's not an interesting topic anymore. Otherwise, it may consider kissing itself goodbye as a result of its own actions.

Besides, they also show why Filipino teleseryes are FAILING. Sure, the sisters all look good considering their age but man are they all so ugly on the inside. Filipino teleseryes tend to rely too much on attractive faces while providing a bad script. The Barretto sisters may be attractive but they're giving us the worst script of all.
