So Why Is Chito Gascon So Eerily Silent About Joaquin "Bullyit" Montes And School Bullying?

Now here's where the Commission of Human Rights or rather Chito Gascon is failing again. Aside from their rather slow action towards the death of Richard Y. Santillan -- you have to admit that where is Gascon himself isn't even doing anything about the human rights of the victims of Joaquin "Bullyit" Montes or to those who are victims of school bullying. Isn't the right to education one of your human rights? So what's the use of having CHR to monitor human rights when they don't even do anything about the human rights of bullied victims?

While I may no longer think CHR itself is a redundant function (though it needs to be redefined if ever) but the problem is once again Chito Gascon -- not the CHR! He's always making excuses not to do his job which is why he deserves to be FIRED from his post because he's making CHR a waste of space because he's a waste of space. He's making one excuse after the other whether it's "CHR just goes after state agents" which again puts him into further trouble to why he would rather defend Antonio Trillanes IV than the victims of two failed mutinies.

What could I imagine Gascon doing right now if ever he's asked his side of the story concerning Bullyit. He may even say, "Well CHR only goes after state agents." which itself is a lie based on the CHR's original mandate. Based on the original mandate -- CHR is supposed to investigate all human rights violations whether by complaint or on their own. If a senate hearing should be done about bullying them by all means CHR should be present to stand for the victims of Bullyit -- not Bullyit himself! But again it's probable that Gascon would probably choose to defend Bullyit instead of the victims. If it's true that Bullyit's family is linked to the Cojuangcos then the more Gascon is "obliged" to defend said person from justice. But right now, it's only an allegation that Bullyit's family is linked to the Cojuangcos and I don't claim it's a fact -- it's just a hunch that can be proven wrong anytime!

Why should CHR even care about bullying in school? It's because the mandate of CHR includes providing legal assistance and recommending to Congress effective measures towards human rights violations. It's part of basic human rights to have the right not just to be educated but to be educated in a safe and secure environment. So why is Gascon oh so silent about bullying in school hence he's defeating the purpose of CHR to defend human rights? That's why he should just be fired from his position because he and not CHR is the one that should be removed. He should seek employment as Bullyit's legal counsel or better as Trillanes' legal counsel because all he does is come in the way of justice.
