Should CRappler's Maria Ressa End Up In Jail?

It's no secret that the Yellows and their Filipinos allies are now threatening to sue their critics for "defamation". But here's the question - do they even realize that they're guilty of more than just simple libel? They're already attempting to ruin somebody's reputation as aggressively as possible. One of such person is MARIA RESSA of CRAPPLER. Here's a closing statement from Get Real Philippines on its most recent article about the same person:

Truth be told, Rappler went down together with the Liberal Party. It was their partisan politics that sent them down. As a journalist, Maria Ressa should have known not to show her bias in reporting the news. She couldn’t help but be nice to the Aquinos. She is still beholden to the name.

Ressa already calls people with contrarian views “bots” and “trolls”. She is the one peddling lies and exaggerations with inflated number of deaths attributed to “extra-judicial killings” and when she calls Duterte “authoritarian”. Maria Ressa should be made to answer for spreading false information to the international community, indeed.

Spreading fake news may or may not be a ground to even lock somebody up. If Maria were just ranting like a mad woman then as President Duterte said, let Agot Isidro rant all she wants because we're in a democracy. It's highly possible that what she's doing right now is misusing and abusing her right to freedom of expression to turn people against President Duterte.

She could already be guilty of telling people that President Duterte won by cheating with her claim of using bots and trolls. Hmmm... has she forgotten that Leni Loud Robredo's vice presidency is even questionable if her candidate even won? Did she even forget how the Yellowtard army is using social media to spread their disease? It looks like Leni Loud won through bots and trolls considering her approval ratings have been significantly dropping from 2016 up to present. What she's doing may already be tantamount to treason and sedition.

If she has really ruined and damaged other people to the point their lives are affected then by all means JAIL HER as well. It may also be possible to sue her for hiding important information from the people instead of following responsible journalism guidelines. Basic guidelines of democratic journalism include that facts are to be treated as facts and opinions should be at the editorials. If she and her cohorts are also guilty of violating privacy and harassment then by all means those victims have the right to sue the company.

Though jailing her also has this risk that she will be presented as a martyr and political prisoner. The Yellowtards and their allies may want to present her as a political prisoner. Remember locking up Leila De Lima has caused people with similar mindset like her to present her as a political prisoner. Agnes Callamard may soon meddle again. The Duterte Administration as well as the people should think twice before giving her what's due to her. Gathering of credible evidence should be done before doing anything like arresting her.

If and if she's actually working for or allied with George Soros who from what I heard has been responsible for several ill-gotten wealth heists, if he was responsible for breaking the Bank of England, for sabotaging the Malaysian economy and the Thailand economy -- then the more Ressa can be charged with collaborating with a criminal.

If there's one thing both Soros and Ressa want -- it's the "regulate" Facebook and Google but it's most likely for their own convenience. Facebook and Google has made it easier to search for information. There may be plenty of fake news on the Internet but there are also vigilant people who battle off such information. I'm not talking about those who just claim to fight it while spreading it. I'm talking about people who have been fighting off the lies of CRappler and the like. To counter this, they have to pretend to "fight fake news" by spreading fake news. Hmmm... talk about the craziness they have where they want people to believe that it if doesn't come from them then it must be fake news, right?

What shouldn't be too surprising is the connection between Callamard and Soros. Should it be a coincidence that both Ressa and Callamard follow each other? Should it be a coincidence that Callamard was featured on CRappler? It doesn't look like one. If you think about it -- you can see how there may be a bigger connection. Hmmm... is Manang Loida Lewis also be part of this matrix of corruption by Soros? If this is true then what if Leila Dilemma's drug cases are also financed by Soros? Dilemma doesn't look like she's the biggest mastermind behind Bilibid either. It looks like a lot of stuff are now linked not just to Lewis but also to Soros himself. 

If that's true then Ressa's crime goes beyond libel. An act of libel isn't necessarily an act of sedition. Sedition happens when people are suggested to go against the government. If that's so then all this evidence should be filed against her that could lead to her arrest. Collaborating with an international criminal who who destroys economies and governments should be ground enough to lock her up -- maybe even for life.
