A Possible Outbreak Of Leni-COVID-19 Variant In Negros Occidental Due To NOT Following Simple Guidelines
The Manila Paper |
I was thinking about the HUGE CROWD in the Palugaw Ni Leni Loud. For one, the stand is too small and the workers are too crowded. Don't tell me that Leni Loud doesn't have a budget for extra tables to ensure SOCIAL DISTANCING can be enforced? I've observed some places have placed a plastic barrier in certain places. Some staff members created a significant distance to avoid the workers from getting overcrowded. However, it seems Leni Loud doesn't care like her "outreach" in San Mateo, Rizal. It's not wrong, per se, for Leni Loud to hand things out. However, simple guidelines such as proper packaging and other health protocol are badly needed. Leni Loud could've given the spaghetti sealed in a container. Fortunately, another incident had her giving food in a tupperware. However, she may have forgotten (AGAIN) the need for safety protocols.
I think what Leni Loud could've done is to give her lugaw in plastic containers for people. She could've added extra spaces so there's significant social distancing between her and her workers. These are very simple guidelines that she somehow ignored. I wouldn't be reacting to the event today if it wasn't for such gross neglect that may cause another outbreak of Leni-COVID-19.
