Leni Loud Robredo's Incredibly Massive Failure Of The Mind Concerning The Importance Of The System

It's already almost 2022 and the reign of Leni Loud Robredo is coming to an end. Yet, I'm amazed at how LITTLE she has learned. It just shows that just because she's a graduate of the prestigious University of the Philippines (UP) means that she's going to do better all the time. I remembered some time ago when Rigoberto Tiglao wrote about Leni Loud's massive failure of the mind. It's not because Leni Loud is a critic of President Rodrigo R. Duterte. Right now, I can say that she's having another massive failure of the mind by NOT seeing the importance of the SYSTEM itself. She sat last 2016 as vice president. Until now she hasn't even realized that the REAL PROBLEM is the SYSTEM itself. 

One Dilawan worth respecting is the late Carlos Celdran. Although Celdran hated Duterte, made the fatal mistake of wishing Duterte dead, BUT he was right about the system in itself. If only the Dilawans decided to listen to what Celdran had to say. The CoRRECT Movement is NOT about being DDS or Dilawan - it's all about the system that needs to change. Sadly, the Monsod couple are still obstinate as ever about system change. I wonder why both Christian Monsod and his wife Winnie Collas-Monsod are THAT OBSTINATE. As constitutional experts - they need to UNDERSTAND the defects of the system itself. Only if that satire of Christian crying and saying something that needed to be said were real. Leni Loud could've realized that Celdran was right about the problem of the system. Celdran was a Dilawan BUT he really pointed out the big problem of the presidential system.

Here's what Leni Loud needs to think about - elections will NOT change a thing unless systems are changed first. The presidential system really encourages people to sing the song "Dumb Ways to Vote". Why do you think people keep voting for athletes and celebrities over people who can really introduce change? Why do you think people just vote for so and so? Again, blame the presidential system. Bum Aquino only got voted not because of any achievement he had prior to his political run - it was the AQUINO SURNAME. The Binays became a dynasty only because of Jejemon Binay. Leni Loud herself only got voted because of her late husband Jesse Robredo. The late Noynoy Aquino was propelled by the Aquino and Cojuangco heritage. A good question to ask if whether or not people will vote for Kris Aquino because Noynoy died recently. Once again, what's the use of encourage people to vote wisely when the system itself is STUPID?

However, parliamentary elections will start to change things. The reason is because debates don't happen only during campaign periods. Instead, the Government and the Opposition are in frequent competition one to another. Just think of it if we had both Duterte and Mar Roxas as the Government and the Opposition heads. The parliamentary system's weekly questioning will encourage politicians to be always ready, to sharpen their minds, and to keep the confidence of the WHOLE LEGISLATIVE. A vote of no confidence is when the legislative moves against a Member of the Parliament for failing to uphold the confidence of people. A vote of no confidence would impeach anyone for failing to uphold the confidence of the people and not just for misconduct. A good example would be if Joseph Estrada was removed as prime minister for giving stupid answers and not just because he was caught in a casino. Having such a high standard would make people think twice before they run for politics. Peopel are voted by their parties than by personalities. That means #OtsoDiretso is directly voted when people put a shade or check mark for the Liberal Party. In short, parliamentary systems would be the better way for the Philippine politics to change for the better. 

If you say the system doesn't matter then think again. Why do you think Nazism had to be scrapped off after the downfall of Adolf Hitler? Hitler's Nazism is also a SYSTEM. Why do you think Deng Xiaoping had to rewrite the Chinese communist manifesto? It's because Maoism is ALSO a system. The system itself will dictate how people behave. People behave like that in a communist system because that's how communism works. People like that in a democratic system because that's how democracy works. People misbehave in an anarchy system because anarchy encourages misbehavior. Leni Loud should know that by now!
