Is it me or are the Filipino commies really THAT short-sighted? They had all the time to secure the proper allies. For a start, they should've befriended China than antagonize it. Instead, they ironically decided to antagonize China, raise concerns against Sinovac, and now it turns out that it's effective. I mean, they could've won the armed struggle if they decided to befriend China, get Sinovac, and offer the vaccines to the lower classes they cared about for free. They could've easily spread their propaganda using Chinese technology. Can you imagine if the Filipino commies actually got Sinovac vaccines? Instead, they kept raising placards against China. I mean, how ironic is it that they LOVE COMMUNISM while they really hate China? Every time they really - it's against, China, US, and then "Pabagsakin ang rehimeng U.S.-China-(Insert President Name)"?
Just imagine if the communist armed forces got Sinovac. If they got the efficacy data right - the 50% efficacy was only good for the FIRST SHOT. The complete total shot is 91.25%. They could've said that communism is good because it produced Sinovac. They could've bought the vaccines themselves and started their own vaccination initiatives. Maybe, they can start distributing the Sinovac vaccines done by health workers who are part of them. Just imagine if Kayabangan Partylist member Sarah Elgago will Tweet, "Sinovac vaccine is 91.25% effective! #MassVacccinationNow!" and decided to line up young people to get their vaccine. Just imagine if Antonio Tinio of Alliance of Complaining Teachers decided to finally run a vaccination drive for teachers. These guys could've done that but chose to antagonize Sinovac without knowing the full details.
Once again, the stupidity is really there. I really can't help but laugh at how Sinovac from COMMUNIST China could've helped the Filipino commies. Instead, it's another opportunity loss for them. They really once again failed big time, right?
