Let's face it that the Pignoy Ako Blog is still running. It's really stupid at how some people are still wasting their precious brain cells arguing with an obvious paid hack. So what if Jover Laurio was suddenly made Filipino of the Year by the Philippine Daily Inquirer? The fall of the Liberal Party may also be on Jover herself for this reason - her credibility is really running out faster than you think. I find Mocha Usok stupid but man is Jover even more stupid!
Last 2019, I did joke that maybe Jover should consider running for Senator under the Liberal Party banner. It's about to become 2020 and that means it's a few more years before the next Philippine elections. However, we have to realize that #OtsoDiretso lost the race last 2019 as expected. Their campaigns have been attended mostly by flies yet they lie that they had a lead. Now, they want to hold their very own comrades at COMELEC "accountable" for manipulating votes. Just who placed Smartmatic or Dumbmatic into the Philippine setting?
Why do I think Jover should run for Senator? There's always the saying that pride comes the fall. Her arrogance is really widely displayed in many of her blog posts. You can see how she thinks highly of herself. The best way to deal with an arrogant person (in almost every situation) is to let them be arrogant. It's just like Neri Colmenares who ran for senator more than once. Colmenares lost the 2016 elections and now he lost the 2019 elections. Colmenares says irregularity? Colmenares better show his supporters before he can say he was cheated. The same may happen to Jover soon enough.
My advice for Jover's haters? Let her run for Senator if she pleases. Let her continue blogging in her platform called Pignoy Ako Blog. It's already her echo chamber and most people who compliment her there are only there to stroke her ego. She's very biased where she uses sources that only agree with her childish views. One can think about the budget that the Liberal Party will need to endorse a bad product. Colmenares tries to have his much younger and super attractive aunt Angel Locsin Colmenares to endorse him but guess what - it FAILED! No amount of advertising will sell a product that's already known to be a bad product. She's already in that category. Just let her do as she pleases and the law should only intervene if she does anything like what happened with Wilfredo Keng. She's already roasting herself anyway so why even bother quarreling with her, right?
