Not Even Capitalizing On Angel Locsin Colmenares Helped Bayad Muna

Let's face it that celebrity endorsements DO NOT ALWAYS WORK even in a starstruck country like the Philippines. It's really sad how I used to be a fan of Angel Locsin Colmenares when I was a college student. However, her recent endorsements of people such as her much older than she is nephew Atty. Neri Colmenares (considering her father is old enough to be her grandfather) and Bayad Muna made me boycott her. Supporting idiotic leftist groups like Bayad Muna should be a good call to boycott her huh?

But guess what? Not even Angel's endorsement of Bayad Muna helped them! Bayad Muna has been too desperate that they have to get an extremely attractive and seductive actress to help them. Remember when #OtsoDiretsoSaImpiyerno tried to get Catriona Gray to endorse them? It didn't work one bit. Angel may have been endorsing several products in the past but no amount of advertising can sell a bad product in the long run. They can get Angel to endorse them but guess what -- Colmenares LOST the senatorial bid TWICE IN A ROW. Angel sure is hot as you can't deny that Colmenares fails to do anything relevant but whine, whine and whine. Colmenares' so-called "nationalism" has been long exposed to be nothing more than a facade.

There's nothing wrong with having an attractive endorser because it's not their fault they're born attractive. However, the problem is wrong an attractive endorser for a defective product. It's like nothing is wrong with the slogan "It's More Fun in the Philippines" but you have to make sure your slogan MATCHES with actual results. Otherwise, just be ready for the possibility that it'd backfire severely on your face someday. Bayad Muna just shows how they are more focused on advertisement than product quality.
