Those Pasaway "Thought Leaders" (Who Feel They Know SO MUCH And Think Politics Is A Cakewalk) May Want To RUN For Office This 2022

I was thinking about how some pasaways on the Republic of Twitter are now acting like as if they know a lot. There's a proverb that says that an empty container makes the most noise. The Filipino version of the proverb says that an empty can produces much noise. These guys ramble on Twitter and talk like they know so much and even think that politics is a cakewalk. If they want to show their skills then why not go beyond Twitter or any social media platform? They should all decide to RUN FOR OFFICE whether it'd be a local position OR even a national position - if they think politics is THAT EASY (which it isn't). I'm not saying all critics or bloggers should run for politics. Only those who think it's so easy and talk like it's so easy should run to see HOW HARD politics can be. 

The idea has me thinking of "thought leader" Gerry Cacanindin is making waves in the woke circles. Surely, this guy has some IGNORANCE issues going on while he does speak a certain degree of truth. However, just looking at some of his tweets can show this guy's ARROGANCE and IGNORANCE. Just reading the statement about his "If I were president..." makes me amazed at how FOOLISH he can really get in spite of him graduating from the University of the Philippines (UP). Seriously? Suspend rent and mortgage? How are landlords and banks going to be able to support themselves? This guy probably comes from the culture of paglilimos based on some of his tweets. Without rent and mortgage - how can one carry out and finance the COSTLY plans such as mass testing, temporary hospitals, get food supply, vaccines, and EVEN PAYCOVID-19 related debt? If this guy is so against free markets then I wonder how does he even proposes to pay back the debts? Print more money when that will DEVALUATE the Philippine peso? Gerry should present his plan to revive the economy to the first-world countries first!

TBH, I wonder if Gerry himself is now open to file for his Certificate of Candidacy either with Leni Loud Robredo or Antonio Trillanes IV. I don't find it surprising that Gerry himself is very well-respected by the Pignoy Ako Blog community. 

Jover Laurio herself is in her own way - a pasaway. Jover may not just be a paid yellow hack but also possibly a COMMUNIST paid hack herself. Jover has been paid to attack the administration. Evidence of her payments were leaked by Nicko Falcis who had a falling out with Kris Aquino. Nicko may deserve jail time but the cat (or should I say the pig) is out of the bag. 

Jover herself may be the ultimate pasaway. I wonder what came into her head (or how much was she she paid) when she invited people to protest at the University of the Philippines - Diliman (UP-Diliman) campus? Even so, why she gave some money to Renato Reyes Jr. of Bayad Muna might be proof that Jose Maria Sison is sending her money from the Netherlands. It seems that Jover herself may not have any real loyalty to anyone but to whoever can pay her more. Apparently, she receives money from Sison and associates. Maybe, Jover could be secretly a member of the CPP-NPA. Ironically, she Jover didn't have Bayad Muna representatives to act as sponsors to her wedding. Though, it's possible that Sison paid for some of her wedding expenses too. 

The way Jover posts in Pignoy Ako Blog seems to suggest that she feels she knows so much. If Jover can be such a thought leader who knows so much then why NOT RUN FOR OFFICE? Personally, I'd like to see the Liberal Party endorse Jover as a senatorial candidate. Jover didn't join #OtsoDiretso last 2019 either - which for me was a SHAME. Now, it seems that Jover can have her own little jingle too should she run for senator or any national position of her choice. Though, I wonder what solutions Jover has in regards to solving the debt crisis triggered by the COVID-19 pandemic? I bet Jover might stick to protectionism and whatever solutions won't help.

For me, I'd like to think that it might be fun to see those pasaway "thought leaders" file for their candidacy. Others that I could name who should run for office are Agot Isidro, Frank Baklaan, Cynthia Patag, Leah Navarro, and Harvey Keh to name a few. It would be an interesting showdown when these pasaways with NO political experience or clear plans decide to run for office. Besides, I wonder what "great economic plan" do they have to help make the Philippines a much stronger economy by then?
