Pasaways are not at fault? I'm amazed at their logic such as they have their rationale in rallying during the COVID-19 crisis. The COVID-19 infection could be slowed down by social distancing and discipline but what did they do? They encouraged rallies saying that the #BlackLivesMatter supposedly didn't lead to that surge of COVID-19 cases. It's really defying logic one way or another since rallies can't really be done with social distancing. Now, you've got people buying drugs during COVID-19. Do you think that those drug dealers will sell their drugs at the most open hours? I heard drug dealers usually operate in the dark to avoid getting caught. I guess a lot of curfew violations happen not because they were planning to buy food but to BUY DRUGS. I guess it's only fair enough that the National Capital Region (NCR) should really GO BACK to ECQ with all of these happening.
I would dare say this is a result of more than 30 years of economic protectionism. The pasaways have been clamoring for more ayuda than opening up the economy. The results have been disastrous. I believe people end up getting into drugs in a country where unemployment is high to numb the pain of being unemployed. I even want to assume that Migraine International is really linked to drug syndicates. All the unemployment makes it an excellent opportunity for drug syndicates to recruit poor Filipinos into becoming drug mules. I guess that's also why those Filipino commies oppose economic liberalization - it's all about their power and that the free market plays a role against drugs. Why do you think Portugal could easily win its war against drugs (that is where they decriminalize DRUG USE but NOT DRUG TRADE) and not the Philippines? It's all about the economy!
