Filipino Activists Should Hire Youtuber Anarcho-Communist Idiot Emerican Johnson (NonCompete) As Their Speaker
Let's define capitalism first, shall we? If this guy ever bothers to read business websites like Investopedia, he would see that capitalism means, "an economic system in which private individuals or businesses own capital goods. The production of goods and services is based on supply and demand in the general market—known as a market economy—rather than through central planning—known as a planned economy or command economy." I wonder does he even realize that Youtube and the Internet are all PRODUCTS OF CAPITALISM? Capitalism doesn't mean it's just focused on money and economic growth. Capitalism isn't evil per se but it's only when capitalists discard values such as treating others fairly, focusing more on needs than wants, giving quality service, and healthy competition - that's when capitalism fails.
Does the owner of the channel realize that anarcho-communism destroys the right to private property? If it wasn't for the right to own private property then he wouldn't be able to make his B.S. propaganda videos. He's probably using some video making software which again isn't owned by communists but CAPITALISTS. He's probably filming it in his place of dwelling which may either be an apartment owned by a CAPITALIST or his own house. Was his house even built by well companies that are anarcho-communists? If he has no private property then I wonder how will he even make his videos? I think he's probably even using a MAC Pro and an i-Phone for all we know. Would Apple even exist if it wasn't for well, capitalism?
If he does more study, then he will realize that capitalism is all about the law of supply and demand fulfilled by private ownership. If you want more jobs met then you have to have more jobs created. When capitalism chooses to start restricting it beyond reason then it's already mutating into socialism. Socialism is nothing more than crony capitalism disguised as a welfare state. In the end, socialism has its rulers and cronies own the country like it's their very own hacienda. The role the government plays is to maintain peace and order in society. The government's job in economic development is to provide and enforce rules of fair play and to make sure the free market is a free market. However, a government that starts to favor the rich by adding policies such as protectionism is when capitalism fails. Capitalism only fails when it's run by oligarchy rather than a free market.
Is it capitalism that causes companies to become complacent? Not quite. If you think about it - the practice of microtransactions is either justifiable (such as server maintenance and the need for research money for upgrades) but it can be abused over time. One reason why I'm not liking the Playstation Plus thing is why do I have to pay a yearly fee to play online when it's better to pay only when you play? Why am I paying for paid additional characters when I already bought the game. The issue itself isn't capitalism but when capitalists start ignoring what brought in their successes or when they get complacent in their past successes. It's like how capitalism made Tekken 6 the hit game it is. It's not valuing capitalism and innovation that may have made Tekken 7 a lackluster in contrast to Tekken 6 and Tekken Tag Tournament 2. I would say that seeking new modes that caused Netherrealm Studios to evolve Mortal Kombat 11 into a good game with new modes (and to fix the extremely painful grinding glitch) but why are they giving in to Corporate Commander's microtransaction policies?
When does capitalism fail? It's when capitalism gives up on morals and sustainability in exchange for profit-only driven practices. Capitalism arose from the need to fill in the supply and demand gap. Malls can be helpful to people looking for a fancy place to rent and do business. However, malls can be a bane when they start destroying forests in exchange for profit. I wonder does this guy know the difference between ethnical capitalism or unethnical capitalism? Hmmm if anything goes - Communism itself is actually a government driven by crony capitalism while pretending to care about the welfare of the people. Protectionism only protects the interest of the elite and not those who are in need of capitalist goods. But Communism is never the answer because it will only destroy competition which in turn will get the elite to enslave the people. I think Johnson seriously needs to live in Venezuela to see the dead-end of his stupidity or is he a Communist crony himself?
