Blaming President Duterte For Gasoline Increase Huh Dilawan?

Here's another stupid analysis saying that Noynoy Aquino is the better president because the prices of gasoline were lower than during President Rodrigo R. Duterte's time. But here's what they are ignoring - it's all about WORLD MARKET ECONOMICS. Where does gasoline come from? The Philippines? No, it's imported from oil producing countries in the Middle East.

What can raise the prices of oil? It's primarily the supply and demand first from whatever country imports the oil. If the supply of oil is low and the demand is high then the prices will go high as a result. What does President Duterte and former president Noynoy have to do with the increase and decrease of gasoline? There was a rollback and increase in the prices of gasoline in both their terms. If the prices of transporting gasoline (which also uses gasoline) has been expensive, if the demand is too high (and the Philippines tends to use too much gasoline due to too many people owning too many cars) then the prices will go high.
