Those Activists Need To Stop Blaming Incumbent Presidents For All Their Problems

The problem of activists is indeed very real. Let's face it almost the same people who burned effigies of Noynoy Aquino, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Joseph "Erap" Ejercito are also burning effigies of President Rodrigo R. Duterte. This almost suggests that the activists are actually trying to stay relevant by burning these effigies or two -- they aren't stopping UNTIL they take over the Philippine government and rule it with their idiocy.

One can safely assume or maybe even conclude they want a welfare state. They should really stop asking what the Philippines can do for them and what they can do for the Philippins. As John F. Kennedy would say it, "Ask not what your country can do for you - but what you can do for your country." It's like how people at Migraine International once wanted to support President Duterte but now they're against him -- presumably because he wants to open up the economy. Do they think that the president can improve the economy without opening it? It's like asking for water to flow while you keep the source of outflow shut.

Erap, Gloria and Noynoy have their pros and cons as presidents. They all have their flaws. President Duterte has their flaws. However, blaming presidents for everything wrong in their life (ex. their personal poverty) is uncalled for. If they are OFWs or 4Ps beneficiaries then they should really think about why so many of them remain poor such as their poor budgeting habits. Instead of saving the money for a rainy day like putting it in time deposit or bonds -- they end up spending it on nonsense which explains why some may even get huge salaries but still remain burdened with an extreme lack of money. If they can't be businessmen then they should at least learn to save money instead of spending it too much.

Besides, the president is just human. He or she can't work wonders like make it rain gold coins or provide free Wifi even in the out of reach areas. Noynoy may have had some achievements in the midst of failures but he never made it rain gold coins - because he can't make it rain gold coins! President Duterte has some plans to help in building badly needed infrastructures to help businessmen but he can never make it rain gold coins. No president can make it rain gold coins or cause magical moments for the economy. They need to find their own steady income instead of waiting for crooked businessmen or drug dealers to hire them, pay them and they end up becoming penniless after they recklessly spend whatever money they have from rallies.
