Do you remember the time when Mar Roxas released that "hit comic book" called "Sa Gitna Ng Unos" or translated as "In the Middle of the Storm" for his campaign? The comics had the nerve to say, "Batay sa tunay na pangyayari." or translated as "Based on the real events." when it isn't. It's amazing how Raissa E. Robles herself could even dare accuse President Duterte of cherry-picking while the Yellows are EXACTLY doing the same thing! If you've got Marcos loyalists who want to deny the atrocities of the Marcos years then you've got Aquino loyalists who also want to deny the atrocities of the Aquinos and their associates.
The very idea that Roxas is running for senator for 2019 gave me a brilliant idea. He could consider reprinting his "hit comic book series" for his campaign. I'd love to see the yellows want to re-endorse Roxas as that "hero" in Tacloban that he never was. They could go ahead and say that Roxas isn't stupid because of his degree in Wharton. What most people ignore is that there are several degrees of stupid. Being stupid doesn't necessarily mean that the person is stuck in special school or never finished College. In fact, some of the most stupid people are really highly educated and didn't buy their degrees via diploma mill -- but they end up like the highly intelligent and educated scholars who revived the dead lion and got themselves killed. Roxas' achievement at Wharton doesn't excuse his current behavior either such as what he did in Tacloban that caused him to lose his votes there.

Just think how often the Yellows just don't learn their lesson. The whole "democracy is dead" campaign is just getting old -- it's not even working anymore! If democracy were truly dead then why is it that until now Jover Laurio is NOT even arrested and the Pinoy Ako Blog is still open? Why is Maria Ressa still given her chance to comply her tax deficits? Why is it that the Yellows did all their mischief and NONE of them went to jail? Why didn't President Duterte have Jim Paredes arrested during the EDSA anniversary tantrum? Those are but a few questions that need to be addressed.
Besides, let's think how it'd turn out if the Yellows decide to reprint that "hit comic book series" and distribute it. It'd be fun to to actually see them waste more money than they already have. The amount of rallyists they have are now getting lesser and lesser support because they are presumably running out of money. I think more and more Filipinos should just leave the paid pakialameros or meddlers alone as much as possible. I don't think Agnes Callamard's or Carl Hart's speaking nonsense comes cheap either. It may be even better to let Callamard and Hart come to the Philippines to endorse Roxas' "hit comic book" series only for it to further doom his campaign to oblivion.
