It's amazing how some people want to make heroes out of these two clowns. Some people wished that Marbobo Roxas won the presidency whether by fair rule or by cheating. Maybe others wished that Antonio Trollanes were the vice president. Others even think that Trollanes himself is a revolutionary hero never mind that it doesn't take a political analyst to know that he's a waste of money .  So let's just assume what if both Marbobo and Trollanes are both the current president and vice president of the Philippines. Maybe we'll have a comedic oath-taking inauguration of both Marbobo and Trollanes. But that's just the beginning of a continuous disaster. Leni Loud may already be bad enough but I wonder if Trollanes should even be worse. What could be the first few acts that Dumb and Dumber (take your pick you's Dumb and who's Dumber) as president and vice president could do? I previously wrote that you don't need to be a political scientist to understand the basic fact that Antonio Trillanes IV is useless  or how Marbobo Roxas and Leila Dilemma are microcosms of what's wrong with Filipino society. Right now, I feel like I want to write about how Trillanes himself is a picture of what's wrong with Filipino society. I just read from the Philippine Courier News  (where I also got the picture from above) that the life of the late Kion Loyd Delos Santos is about to get an episode in MMK. Here's what I think about the possible scenario: it's going to be another sensationalized story. Do you remember the Jesse Robredo story in MMK where Leni Loud Robredo got featured? Unfortunately, that whole series was a brilliant half-truth that had the nation deceived. Happy National Heroes' Day. I think it's time to get serious about what it means to be a hero. There are many times people are declared heroes or heroines for the wrong reason. What makes a hero? This is a person who's admired for achievements and noble qualities. Unfortunately, in  a culture of impunity  one could see how many times that some Filipinos make heroes or heroines out of the wrong people. Right now, you have some people who are making it look like Leila Dilemma is a political prisoner and a heroine for democracy when she isn't. It turns out that her Bilibid raid was a sham. What I can say is it doesn't take an expert in politics to see start questioning the status of Dilemma as a Senator. Here's the analysis of the PNoytard with how CHR reacts. This seems to suggest that the policeman who shoots someone is not a criminal. It's always frustrating to ask this question, "Can't you follow simple guidelines ?" The whole incident that happened yesterday when a cement mixer crushed a car ruined a family's life. I find it boggling how the Commission on Appointments rejected the confirmation of Judy Taguiwalo. You could see the difference between Taguiwalo's performance against Stinky Soliman in times of disaster reliefs. This is what I suggest could be done to the COA for confirming Stinky during Noynoy's term but rejecting Stinky during President Duterte's term. As I said I'm not anti-American but what I'm really against is the culture of overrating American culture or worse bootlicking the United States of America to the point where its overly dependent ally .
